The data controller is MOSKONY LLC, contact: mail@mtech.love. This Policy describes what data the moskony.tech website collects and how it is used.
Account data: email address and identifier received from the authorization provider (Google or Yandex) with your consent upon login. We do not receive or store passwords.
Payment data: payment amount, currency, and cryptocurrency, blockchain transaction addresses and hashes, order IDs, balance status. We do not receive or store bank card data — it is processed by the payment provider.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language — for security, abuse prevention, and website operation.
Support requests: the content of correspondence with the support assistant. It is stored for 24 hours, after which it is deleted automatically.
Files uploaded for processing: processed automatically to provide the service and deleted after the service is rendered within the timeframe specified in the description of the specific service.
Cookies: only technical ones (session, authorization token, selected language). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Provision of services and fulfillment of the contract; accounting of payments and balance; security and prevention of abuse; user support; fulfillment of legal obligations.
Fulfillment of the contract (offer); your consent (authorization via Google/Yandex); legitimate interest (security).
Data is stored on our secure servers in databases with restricted access. Only authorized personnel have access. Data transfer is carried out via secure channels (HTTPS).
To authorization providers (Google, Yandex — upon login), payment and exchange providers (to the extent necessary to process the payment), and to government authorities — only upon legal request. We do not sell personal data.
Account and payment data — for the duration of the account's existence and thereafter for the periods required by accounting and tax legislation. Correspondence with support — 24 hours. Uploaded files — until the result is issued, unless otherwise specified in the service description.
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, withdraw consent, and file a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact support: mail@mtech.love. Deleting an account entails termination of access to any unspent balance in accordance with the Refund Policy.
The service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
