All Service offerings are digital and provided automatically immediately after ordering. By ordering a service, you explicitly agree to the immediate commencement of its provision and confirm that from this moment you lose the right to withdraw from the contract provided for remote purchases, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A service is considered rendered from the moment the processing result is issued. Funds for rendered services are non-refundable. Subjective dissatisfaction with the result (including the results of AI-based tools) is not grounds for a refund, as the nature of automated processing is described prior to the order.
If a service was not rendered due to a technical reason on our side (the charge occurred but no result was issued), the cost of the service will be credited back to your MTECH balance in full. Please contact support at mail@mtech.love, specifying the date and the name of the service. The review period is up to 3 business days.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature; refunds of cryptocurrency top-ups are impossible. Funds sent due to user error (wrong network, wrong address, missing MEMO) may be unrecoverable; we will provide reasonable assistance in locating them through the exchange partner but do not guarantee a result. If an invoice has expired but funds have arrived, the payment will be processed by the exchange partner or returned by them according to their rules.
Balance top-ups are made voluntarily with the intent to purchase Service offerings that you have familiarized yourself with in advance. Unspent balance remainders are not subject to monetary refunds, except in cases where a refund is explicitly required by applicable law.
(Subject to availability of this method.) If a card charge occurred but the balance was not topped up, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the payment within 5–10 banking days from the moment the incident is confirmed. Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
