1.1. These Terms constitute a public offer by MOSKONY LLC (hereinafter — "Service", "we") and govern the use of the moskony.tech website and all its services.
1.2. By using the website, creating an account, or topping up your balance, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time; the new version is effective from the moment of publication on this page. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the changes.
2.1. The Service provides automated digital utilities, including but not limited to: PDF document conversion, audio transcription, file metadata extraction, checksum calculation, mathematical calculation verification, and other data processing tools, including those using artificial intelligence technologies.
2.2. The list of services, their descriptions, and costs are published on the relevant pages of the website and may be changed or supplemented at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the description and cost of a service before ordering it.
2.3. Services are provided automatically, "as is" and "as available". The output of automated tools, including AI-based tools, may inherently contain inaccuracies; this does not constitute a defect in the service.
3.1. Authorization is carried out via third-party services (Google, Yandex). You are responsible for maintaining the security of access to your account.
3.2. Payment for services is made from a prepaid MTECH balance in USD. The balance is topped up via cryptocurrency (with automatic conversion) or other methods indicated on the payment page.
3.3. By topping up your balance, you confirm that you do so voluntarily and with the intention to spend the funds exclusively on the Service's utilities, which you have previously reviewed. The balance is not an electronic wallet, deposit, or means of payment, does not accrue interest, and is not transferable to third parties.
3.4. The cryptocurrency exchange rate is fixed for the duration specified in the invoice (approximately 15 minutes). Blockchain transactions are irreversible; send funds carefully (check network, address, and MEMO if applicable).
4.1. It is prohibited to use the Service to process materials that violate the law or third-party rights; for malicious activity; or to attempt to disrupt the Service, gain unauthorized access, or bypass restrictions.
4.2. You guarantee that you hold the rights to all files and data uploaded for processing.
4.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user who violates these Terms without a refund.
5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service shall not be liable for: indirect damages and lost profits; decisions made based on the results of the utilities; errors in automated processing results; temporary unavailability of the Service; losses caused by user errors during cryptocurrency transfers (wrong network, address, or missing MEMO).
5.2. The total liability of the Service for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates.
5.3. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6.1. All elements of the Service (code, design, texts, trademarks) belong to MOSKONY LLC. The results of processing your files belong to you.
